With over 35 years of veterinary experience, Dr. Merwin is passionate about surgery, critical care, and solving complex cases. A North Dakota native, she enjoys gardening, hiking, and spending time with family and her two cats.

Dr. Cook, a Utah native and Western University DVM graduate, loves surgery and building strong client relationships. Outside work, he enjoys camping, hiking, and family time with his wife, daughters, and rescue dog, Sylvie.

Dr. Carey, a Tufts graduate from New England, has a special interest in internal medicine, ophthalmology, and neurology. Now in Southern Utah, she enjoys hiking, CrossFit, and spending time with her pets and horse, Pekan.

Dr. Wittwer, a Southern Utah native, specializes in internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, acupuncture, and ultrasound. Passionate about helping pets heal, he enjoys family life with his wife, four kids, and their lively menagerie of animals.

Nicole has been part of the veterinary field since 2007 and joined Zion Vet in 2016. She enjoys dental cleanings, assisting in surgery, and cuddling pets. Outside work, she loves concerts, heavy metal, and caring for her many animals.

Lisa, originally from Southern California, moved to Southern Utah in 2021. Passionate about animals, she loves every part of her veterinary work. All her pets are rescues-3 dogs, 4 cats, 4 ducks, and 2 chickens. She enjoys boating, riding sea-doos, and family trips to California.

Hudson loves working with animals and enjoys seeing each pet's unique personality during every visit.

Nichole, originally from Ecuador, began her veterinary career in 2020 and is passionate about providing excellent care for pets. She lives in Utah with her four animals and loves traveling, being in the water, and finding new adventures.

Cassidy started in veterinary medicine in 2016 as a high school intern and will soon be a certified veterinary technician. She hopes to specialize in nutrition or physical therapy. Outside work, she enjoys the outdoors with her dog, two cats, snake, and gecko.

Brilee began interning with Zion Vet before officially joining the team in April 2022. He's studying pre-vet at Utah Tech University and enjoys archery, hunting, fishing, and virtual creation. A popcorn and sweet tea fan, his favorite animal is the tortoise.

Mikayla was born in North Carolina and moved west in 2006. She's always dreamed of working with animals and loves meeting every pet she can. A proud dog mom of four, including two local rescues, Mikayla brings compassion and joy to every furry friend she meets.

Courtney, a licensed veterinary technician since 1999, loves spending time with her family, four-legged companions, and enjoying the great outdoors.

Kiersten, a Southern Utah native and Licensed Veterinary Technician since 2022, has experience with small, large, and exotic animals and now enjoys life on her own little farm.

Megan, a lifelong dog lover and former dog trainer, moved from Northern to Southern Utah in 2020 to pursue a career in veterinary care.

Originally from Massachusetts, Kristin earned her degree in Equine Science and Management from SUNY Morrisville. She lives in New Milford with her family-one child and three pets-and enjoys exploring new hiking trails together.

Samantha is a Utah Tech communications student from California who enjoys horseback riding, reading/writing, pottery, and Taekwondo, and cares for two dogs, two cats, and four ponies.
